It seems whenever there is a perceived problem in California the People, the Governor, or the Legislature will pass a law. This year was not like any other. COVID-19, Black Lives Matter, immigration, domestic terrorism, foreign government interference, voter suppression, global warming and dozens of other problems asserted themselves as matters that could be addressed with new laws. With that said and with this crazy 2020 year ending, here are just a few of California’s responses to the issues of 2020.
