A new feature we are trying out is one that will identify any items of interest that we are working on here at Israel & Samuels LLP that may be of interest to our readers.
One matter we recently handled was a double escrow. We provided oversight of a large real property donation to a non-profit organization that the non-profit promptly sold to a third party. This real estate transaction had a lot of moving parts and required a complicated “double escrow” to facilitate the transactions. We worked closely with the donating party, the receiving entities, as well as with the end User-Buyer of the property.
We are excited to announce the smooth and successful closing of the transactions and that the benefit derived from the donation and subsequent sale will be of long-lasting benefit to the community. We relish these types of transactions and look forward to the next one.
