Eric Samuels
Mr. Samuels has a bachelor’s degree in History and received his law degree from University of West Los Angeles in 1994. He has worked in insurance defense law and bankruptcy, and most recently as an associate in a law firm specializing in Real Estate and Business litigation. In August 2011, he partnered with Larry Israel to establish Israel & Samuels LLP in Walnut Creek.Among other distinguished awards, he has received special recognition from the Contra Costa County Bar Association’s Lawyer Referral and Information Service (LRIS) as an outstanding panel member and active supporter. His participation in LRIS is based in his passion to serve both the legal community and the public in Contra Costa County. Mr. Samuels has been described as the “go-to guy” by LRIS staff for real-estate related matters.
Mr. Samuels has also served as a board member and President for the Danville Chapter of Business Networking International (BNI). He has been a board member for the B’Nai Brith Adult Softball League and Continental Little League, and is active as a volunteer in his community and his children’s schools. He is currently a coach for the Ygnacio Valley High School JV Baseball Team.
Randall S. Davis
A 1983 graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Randall has over thirty years of experience as a trial lawyer and transactional attorney representing clients in residential and commercial real estate, corporate, business, personal injury, property damage, insurance and appellate matters. He serves as a Mediator and Arbitrator, and has been a Judge Pro Tempore for the Contra Costa County Superior Court and a Fee Arbitrator for the Contra Costa County Bar Association (CCCBA) fee dispute arbitration program. He is also a Member of the Real Estate Section of the CCCBA.Randall is admitted to practice in all of the Courts of the State of California, and the Northern, Eastern and Central Federal Districts of California. He has represented, and will continue to represent, clients before these Courts and before California Appellate Courts, and the California Departments of Corporations, Real Estate, Industrial Relations, Alcoholic Beverage Control, and Fair Employment and Housing. As legal counsel, he has interacted, and continues to interact, with County and Municipal Planning and Building Commissions and Departments on matters of interest to his clients.

Larry Israel

Mr. Israel retired from the active practice of law in early 2015. However, he continues to be available to provide business consulting services. Please contact Eric Samuels for more information.
Mr. Israel has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He formed his first company in 1971, which grew to more than $12 million in annual revenues, and is experienced with international business formation and operation.
While managing his young company, he obtained a Juris Doctorate law degree, graduating #1 in his law school class.
In 1989, he sold his first company to his major competitor. Four years later he was asked to rejoin the much larger combined enterprise, and assumed the post of Chairman/CEO, helping that enterprises grow to more than 200 employees worldwide and $35M revenue.
He also served as the founding President of the Assistive Technology Industry Association (www.ATIA.org) as well as its first Executive Director, and the organization’s legal counsel.
Mr. Israel has served on the Planning Commissions of both the City of Santa Monica and Town of Woodside. He has been active in many other public service and community activities, including pro-bono counsel for the Diablo Regional Arts Association (DRAA). He is also a general aviation pilot, with about 2000 flight hours to his credit around much of the United States and Canada.
